Dear Him

You know what i don't believe in the saying "Everyone deserves a second chance." because if you love someone you won't get tired of them.

I always wanted to say that to him but I didn't get the chance to. Right now, I'm happy, I have moved on. Don't make them your world because once they leave you have nothing. You can move on. You just have to believe in yourself. You know you can, you just don't want to.

I don't really like it when an adult says "You're too young for love." because no one is. Age doesn't define maturity. No one has the right to tell anyone they are too young for love. If you fall, you fall. You can't stop yourself.

I guess I can say that I'm only 14 and already, I have fallen in love. You guys might think that nah it's only puppy love. No, it's not. I want to know how I know? Because it's already been a year and a half and i still think of him. Even though he's a douche bag/asshole/lady killer. Yeah, yeah you might think I'm stupid but i can't help it.

I  don't want to go by detail on our story because first of all there was no "Us". You can say our story was very tragic, for me, and complicated as complicated gets. He's not your usual guy. Trust me. Anyways. I fell for him and at that time i didn't know. He made me feel special and i loved it but one day he's gone. Just like that. I was so heartbroken that i just want to die. I have no appetite. I cry myself to sleep, Hear this, I can't even sleep! No one knew i was that depressed. Every night i wait for that single text or call but nothing came. Eventually i buried myself in books, That's my way to move on and i did and when i did he came running back. As a girl who just moved on of course i took him back. Oh come one, you would've done the same. Then it happened again and again and again. Like a cycle. I gave him three or four or even five chances because i have faith in him, that he'll change but I stand corrected.

Dear Him,

Hi. I just want you to know that from to time still think of you, of how we could be a couple if you just change but I guess you're not ready to. At some point i thought that I could be the girl who would change you but I was wrong. I pray for that girl to come and steal your heart so you could stop stealing other's. You don't know how much I loved you.

I have fallen in love with you really, really hard, and you were supposed to catch me but i guess you missed. Every day i wake up and you were the first thing that popped in my mind. I may be cold but you know why. I just want you to know that I still love you. Every part of me is denying it but there's a tiny part in me that's screaming "yes you still love him." I have a question to ask you though , What do you do if the one who broke your heart is the only one who can fix it? If you have the answer then maybe I'll forget about you but in the meantime, having you in my mind is a pleasure and a privilege.

Florescence

flo·res·cence \flȯ-ˈre-sən(t)s, flə-\
n.
: a state or period of flourishing

Life never has it easy on anyone. It is not unfair, just normal.
When bad things come in like a roaring avalanche, ready to crush your bones and your weak heart, Just keep in mind that no one has a perfect life. A simple, honest fact.
Yes, some get to party incessantly like every night counts as the best night of their lives, and yes, some even get to buy almost half the things sold at the mall that some of us can only wish to get our hands on. But that doesn't mean home is just as pretty. Or that their inner self is just as exciting. No matter how much money someone else may have, and no matter how gorgeous someone can be, there are always cracks lying beneath the facade of the life they built for themselves. The one that covers all the trouble. All the pain.

So what do you do when you're stuck at a crumbling palisade and there aren't ropes, nor are there cushions to soften your landing? You could close your eyes and let your soul watch you shatter into a million, painful pieces.
Or you could keep your eyes wide open, and have faith.
Because life is never about having the best clothes or being famous, it's about surviving and living for the things that make your life worth it. Sure, you can choose the easy way and just work your way through suicide, but that is also guaranteed to be the easy way to hell.
Young as I am, I'm telling you now that I've been there and I've done that; it didn't help, I didn't die. The ironic thing, is that I'm here, I'm fighting, and this is as good as it gets.

All of life's intricate knots are what makes us human. The capability we put into dealing with everything that life throws at us everyday is what pushes us to grow. It is what makes us florescent. It is who we are. Don't let your troubles break you; let them help you learn to stand up. Problems are your biggest paradox. But they are also your weakest enemy.
Don't fall.
Flourish.

Life and Death

As I heard the news that one of my batch mate from school has died, I was in total shock. It was all sudden and it led me to think inquisitively about everything around me. Everything will either decay and decompose in the ground. Even if you're the president or just a regular janitor, you will bow down to the grounds of the world. As I saw all my batch mates weeping in sadness, I saw the love of each and everyone. They recall the memories and conversations they had with him and I realized one thing about life: It's too damn short.

Life is too damn short for us to not make memories with people and life is too damn short for us not to have meaningful conversations that will leave a mark to other people. One day we will die and our bodies will rot in the ground. But if you inspire and made adventurous memories with a lot people then your soul will never be forgotten and your memories will never perish.

Life is too damn short for us to regret. The world is mysterious and so are the infinite ways to live with it. So I realized that it's too damn short for us to contemplate with our what ifs. We should never delay moments that our family and friends offer us. We should always seize it. Because we never know the universe's mysterious ways.

Life is short but if we know how to live it then it will be a long journey. If we treat other people as if they were going to be dead by midnight; when we extend our kindness, encouragement and believe in them then we will live a short life full of journeys. If we know how to muster that kindness, encouragement and believe, people will remember who we are and they will do the same. Yes, you will die here on Earth. But your legacy will never perish.
